We welcome the opportunity to assist you with your auto customization needs.  Here are a few things to keep in mind when ordering.  If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.

 

Payment Methods:

You may pay with Visa, Mastercard, Discover Card, American Express or with your PayPal account.  Our store uses PayPal to handle credit card transactions however you do not need a PayPal account to use this service.

 

If you would like to pay with a cashiers check or money order, please follow these directions:

 

• Print out the web page describing the model of kit you would like to purchase.
• Be sure to mark which color of kit you would like, either black or grey.
• Include your name, address, city, state and zipcode.  Also include an email address or phone number where you can be contacted if need be.
• Enclose a cashiers check or money order for the purchase price of the kit(s) you order plus $21.50 shipping & handling for each kit ordered.
• Sorry, no personal checks accepted.

Shipping & Handling:

Shipping & Handling is $21.50 per unit to the continuous 48 states.  I will gladly ship to Alaska, Hawaii and Canada, but an additional shipping charge will be required.  Please contact us to inquire about rates before placing your order.

 

All kits will be shipped within 7 business days of payment however this turn around time is often much quicker.  Please allow up to 7 days to account for any unforeseen situations that may arise.  A tracking number will be forwarded to the buyer so they can track the kits shipping progress.

 

If a problem should arise in regards to filling your order, you will be contacted immediately.   When ordering, please ensure you provide your correct email address or a phone number you can be reached at.

 

Return Policy:

Your satisfaction with your purchase is very important to us.  If the kit needs to be returned it will be done so at the purchasers expense.  Assuming the kit is returned in the same condition it was shipped to the purchaser, a refund will be issued less a 15% restocking fee.  The refund will be for the purchase price only and will not include the shipping cost.  Please contact us before returning any items.

 

Custom Orders:

Custom carpet colors are available.   Please contact us for more information.  Sales on custom orders are final and will not fall under the above listed Return Policy.

 

Important Safety Notice:

All of these seat delete kits are designed and built to replace the factory rear seat.  If you want the ability to use the rear seat to transport people and heavy items this kit is NOT for you.  These kits are not meant to sit on, attach a car seat to or to place heavy items on.  These kits are intended to provide a light-weight option for those who choose to take out the factory seat.  Buyers are not to use these delete kits in any manner that could endanger anyone.  The buyer and all subsequent owners accepts all risks associated with a rear seat delete kit.
